Class Types
Gentle Yoga
Gentle class designed for people with physical limitations or individuals wanting to unwind, relax and enjoy a gentle approach to yoga. No experience required.
Level 1
Beginner class working with simple poses, breath awareness and relaxation. No experience required.
Level 2
Deepen your understanding of Yoga with a more focused approach to postures, Pranayama and meditation. Inversions and back-bends are a part of the class. Suggested 1 year or more previous yoga experience.
Meditation
This class will provide you with the tools to meditate; each class will include explanation, pertinent readings, and discussion among participants about their experiences. No previous experience required.
Multi Level
This class will focus on a wide range of poses including inversions and backbends. Beginners welcome!
Pilates/Yoga+
Hard working, energetic class designed for those who want to challenge themselves physically. Pilates mat exercises, yoga postures, including inversions and backbends are a part of the class. Continuing students with previous Pilates and Yoga experience required.
Post-Natal Yoga
Designed for new moms. Suitable for babies of all ages-from birth up to walking.
Prenatal Yoga
A gentle class for expectant mothers at any stage of their pregnancy. No previous experience required.
Silent Timed Practice
Go into the depth your yoga through a silent practice. In this class postures are held for a set length of time. With little verbal instruction, the timer will guide you into the next pose. Previous yoga experience required.
Yoga for Children ages 3-8
Come in to explore yoga through animal postures, simple breathing techniques and hear stories of ancient times. Suitable for ages 3-8, no experience required.
Yoga for Tweens ages 9-12
This class is designed for the pre-teen wanting to learn yoga. We will go through simple breathing techniques, yoga postures and relaxation tools. Suitable for ages 9-12, no experience required.
