Crystal bowls create an extraordinary soundscape that allows exploration of awareness and self-discovery. The bowls sing of possibility and change. The evening will include a brief lecture, a short meditation, and two twenty minute crystal bowl performances. An experience open to anyone, please bring a mat or cushion.
