Mixed level Yoga Workshop

Andrew Hookey will be teaching a 2 hour mixed level yoga class using no props except for a mat and blanket. There will be readings, and a lot of detail as this is Andrew's assesment to become a certified Yoga instructor. Come and encourage Andrew, and enjoy an afternoon of yoga!
