Interacting with Your Chakras
What a beautiful thing to do for yourself on a Sunday afternoon. This monthly, four-part workshop is all about you experiencing the place and space of your chakras. One by one. You will have the amazing experience of direct contact with the energy of a crystal quartz singing bowl placed on your body. So profoundly relaxing. Then relax further with the opening and release of singing-bowl enhanced yoga. Our last half hour will be given to a crystal sound meditation and sharing time. We will be exploring in sequence the Sacral, Heart, Third Eye and Crown chakras. Classes are held Sundays September 26, October 24, November 21, December 12. Registration must be made for all 4 classes, no drop-ins. $175 if registered prior to August 1, and $189 if registration occurs after August 1.
