The focus of Critical Alignment Yoga Therapy (CAT) is to assess and treat dysfunction in the musculoskeletal system by releasing and mobilizing the thoracic spine. This unique yoga therapy is for everyone and anyone wishing greater access to freer spinal movement. All levels welcome.
