Dec. 26th, 27th, 28th 1-4 pm ages 4 to 12 $100.00 +gst Free up your time and prepare for the New Year. Bring your children to the Yoga Haven for 3 fun filled active afternoons. We will go through yoga postures, play yoga games and learn some Yoga Philosophy. Register HERE
Join us Monday’s at 5:45-7:15pm for a Yoga for Gardening class. Angie will focus on all your specific needs while you twist turn and pull in your garden this summer and in to fall.
