Make-Up Classes
This is for registered students only, if a registered student misses a class during a specific registration period, they can do make-up classes
during the same registration period. This make-up/drop-in schedule changes from one registration period to the next.
Drop-In Classes
The Yoga Haven does not have specific drop-in classes, however when a registered class does not fill, we then open that class up for drop-ins. The cost of one time drop-in is $15 including GST. This drop-in schedule changes from one registration period to the next depending on availability, i.e. Summer to Fall Session and so on. All make-up and drop-in students are required to sign in at the front desk before participating in a class.

Level 1
Beginner class working with simple poses, breath awareness and relaxation. No experience required.
Level 1+
1 year of Level 1 Yoga is suggested, but not necessary. Introduction to gentle back bends and inversions. Designed for continuing students.
Level 1-2
For the more experienced student who wants to challenge themselves. Working with Pranayama, meditation, inversions and back bends. Suggested 1-2 years previous experience.
Level 2
Deepen your understanding of Yoga with advanced postures, Pranayama and meditation. Inversions and back-bends are a part of the class. Suggested 2 years previous yoga experience.
Meditation
This class will teach you the tools to meditate; each class will include explanation, pertinent readings, and discussion among students about their experiences. No previous experience required.
Pilates/Yoga
This is an energetic class that blends the complimentary aspects of both yoga and Pilates. You will learn Pilates basics, yoga basics, breath awareness and relaxation. No previous experience required.
Pilates/Yoga+
Hard working, energetic class designed for those who want to challenge themselves physically. Designed for continuing students with 1 years previous Pilates and yoga experience.
Post-Natal
Designed for new moms. Babies are welcome up to 6 months.
Power Yoga
Come broaden your knowledge and experience the dynamics of this artful form of yoga while getting to its essence by focusing on the individual powers of the body, mind and breath. A solid foundation of Level 1+ is suggested.
Pre-Natal
A gentle class for expectant mothers at any stage of their pregnancy. No previous experience required.
Restorative
A gentle class designed for students with physical limitations in the neck, back, and knees. No previous experience required.
Stress Relief Yoga
This is a gentle class working with relaxing postures and meditation. No experience required.
Yoga/Bellydance
Ladies-Feel alive in this invigorating class combining basic bellydance moves with energetic and calming yoga postures. No experience required
